On March 17, Vice Minister of Commerce Fang Aiqing led the delegation to attend the trade and economic ministers' conference of China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrghyzstan and Tajikistan in Moscow Russia and discussed establishing and deepening the regional economic cooperation of the SCO. During the conference, Fang respectively met with the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Tajikistan Hikmatullozada and the 1st Vice Minister of Economic Development of Russia Likhachev. They profoundly exchanged views on such issues as the China-Tajikistan and China-Russia bilateral trade and economic cooperation and strengthening the regional economic cooperation of the SCO.
On March 18, Vice Minister Fang Aiqing met with the Trade Committee of Eurasian Economic Commission. Both sides discussed issues such as the trade and economic partnership agreement negotiation of China-Eurasian Economic Union and the docking cooperation of the "Belt and Union".
